Ahhh.. thing is it fits the holes on the zickos snare perfectly - perhaps that's why it was in the guy's spares box!? Cheers for that!

I'm not sure that's a Slingerland, though it is a 3-point. The throw arm and internals don't look like Slingerland to me.

Since we're all listing our Zickos parts, I have a complete 22x18 BD plus an 18" chrome tom rim I'de be happy to sell if anyone needs them.

That strainer sure does not look like a Zicko drum strainer the snare's i have all have like a Ludwug P-85 type two whole...Your strainer looks to me like a M.I.J. 60's copy of a Slingerland three point strainer...I do have these parts to make your complete....Mikey

By the way, the snare is 6.5 x 14, not a 5, which I think I said originally! Should sound nice and meaty when I get it working!

I was just in Stebal drums in Cleveland and they got one of those Zickos "washing machine" kits traded in. They said they think there were only about 8 total kits made in that style
