Ya know, I think that IS a 12". I have 2 kits that I bought as 22-13-16. One red sparkle the other silver. After buying them I immediately bought 12" matching toms, which I prefer when playing.

Ok, here's my first Vintage Set. Bought it in a small music store 20 years ago. A Players Kit and a real workhorse in my following touring and session years.
Bass Drum is a 4 legged later (80s?) model, Toms '70s B/O. Happy with the original uncut Front Head. Additional 14" Tom and DT Holder present.

Really nice kit. that silver looks to be very vibrant, looks like a 6.5 supraphonic very cool
