I will agree. Check out this vid of Simon's band Freeway. This a band where he covers Free tunes!!

Great to see Free and Simon Kirke getting a mention here. One of my alltime favourite bands. Sadly a very underrated band these days. Love their stuff, great bass and drum grooves, brilliant guitar, and classic rock vocals. I could go on and on, if you are yet to hear these guys best pick up a couple of their original records. Beware, there are a few very badly remastered best of's out their, they totally destroyed Simon Kirkes classic tone with a lot of terrible effects. Why would anyone want to do that?!
Couldn't recommend Free highly enough!

ps I saw Paul Rodgers about 10 years ago at a small local venue here in Melbourne, brilliant vocals, weird touring band.......
