When did Zildjian start adding"made in USA" to their stamp?

The main changes I know about are:
1929-1955ish: MADE IN U S A (1929 = company founded)
1955ish-1993ish: MADE IN U.S.A.
1982ish-???: MADE IN U S A (CO stamp and K Zildjian stamp)
1994: MADE IN U S A (laser stamp)
It seems like what we call the "70s stamp" continued to be used up until 1993 so there could be substantial overlap between the U.S.A of the 70s stamp and the U S A of the 80s CO stamp.
Note that there are also variants from Canada:
1968ish-81ish: MADE IN CANADA (Avedis)
1968ish-81ish: no country of Origin (same top of die as Avedis Canada)
1978-81: K Zildjian MADE IN CANADA
1978-81: K Zildjian no country of Origin (but same top as K Canada)
Why do you ask? I'm curious. Found something unusual?
