So I have now been intrigued enough to do a little more reading on this period of cymbals... On really close inspection I can make out that this one does, (or did have) the signature under the bell. Over the years I have generally cleaned cymbals and there is not much left of the signature but I can still make out it's faint script.

So this would indicate maybe late 1930's??
