I'd call the phone number they list in the ad. Most people that list a number prefer that way of contact. JMO. Good luck that's a nice one. Good price too.
In the picture . I can't really tell if it's an old one or in the 1990s or not . Can you tell what year it might be .
That I don't know sorry. My guess would be 80's or later. But that's a guess at best. Maybe one of the cymbal guys can chime in for you on the stamp.
