I have a set of old 14" hats that I would like to narrow down as far as date is concerned. The have the 3 dots, the Zildjian name stamp is consistant, not a heavier Z and Co. and not block letters.
Any ideas out there ??

OK got 'em,
Looks like they have been polished to the max. I can see 1 of the 3 dot's in the U so they must be 60's.
I used them last Thursday at a gig and they sound sweet, best partially open, striking the side. A very cool , washy Ringo'esque sound. I truely score in my book.
Now..that leads me to believe I need a 60's ride...........many were crash rides of that era....time to surf e-bay.
