Not with black powder coated parts. The shell might be, the wrap and hardware are not vintage. They made the 10s, but not until a lot later than this example. The 10s would not came to anyone's floor until the very late 70s, at least, and likely not until the mid to late 80s for sure. Not a 60s or 70s drum. Looks like it has re-rings in it, so likely a nice shell. Black ardware did not make it until recently, like the past 6-8 years, maybe 10 no?
