Yamaha Tom internal mount plate

I just bought a used recording custom with the 80s style RIMS mounts. I want to remove those and mount to the shell. Where can I get the internal mounting plates and what are those called? They look like brass and have 5 holes- one for the hex rod and four in the corners for the mounting bolts.

I need four of them.

I would talk to a Yamaha dealer. Worst case is you could have them made at a machine shop.
