Just looking for confirmation on my drum kit. Don't remember if bought in 1978 or 1988. Talked to Yamaha Canada and sent photos. Said they look to be 1978. Serial number does not indicate decade,just month and single digit year. 7000 series. Told drums Look the period,but finish was not available this side of the pond at the time. Sent pictures of bearing edges and told definitely Yamaha workmanship. Wrap tapers into bearing edge. Any ideas?Going to try sending pics 1 more time.
