16" with separate lugs for each side like this one

I searched for a few years before finding the one pictured

and then it was lost in shipping and never arrived.

worse still, was my seller refunded my money but was never reimbursed for the drum by the shipper.

That was a few years ago now, and still looking to complete this real nice partial.

I also have the matching snare drum. so I just need the floor.
