WTB 60's/70's Ludwig Players Kit

Loading...

I'm looking to buy a late 60's early 70's Ludwig kit. Doesnt need to be collectors condition, I'll be playing it and probably gigging with it too. Preferably something in the Standard line in the Blue or Avocado Strata or a Sparkle finish. As for sizes, standard is fine, if they're bigger Bonham sizes thats cool too. I'm not set on any of these requirements, so if you have a different finish, I'll give it a look.

I like to spend between 3-500. I dont need a snare, i have an Acrolite already.

If anyones local to NYC or Long Island, even better, but I dont mind shipping either.

Thanks!

A bit more than you want to spend but the kit looks clean, and very cool....snare included, but you could sell your acro to cover some of the cost.

Good luck, John

Here is a real players kit. I bet it sounds great. I love surfing e-bay.

Thanks for the reply John. I've actually seen both of those kits, I like the Red Strata better. The black doesnt say 'vintage' to me visually. I would spend more if I had to, but if I start getting into that 7-800 range, I think I could find better if I can wait it out. I've seen a few nice kits in that range lately....
