LOL, you posted the pic while I was responding. Looks like Japan made stuff to me. Does that floor tom match the bass and toms? With the offset lugs and cool wrap it worth fixing up. But its missing parts ant that will cost you, so use that to bargin with and try for 50 bucks. If the floor tom matches then I would be interested, if not then the haeck with it.

If you are reffering to the wrap as "the finish then I dont see what your talking about. If the wrap is bad then forget it, that the best part of it. But from what I see the wrap is good. It just finding and purchasing the missing parts thats a concern.
