Would A 1964 Super-Classic rack tom, have a First Generation Tom Mount on it? The one with the 60's ludwig script on it and the wing nut.

Why not ? If leftover parts were found , they were used . Or during a transition period . everything got used up even if some incongruity existed . No waste .
