Wolverine Drums?

Loading...

Just wondering if any of you have owned or played a Wolverine drum kit from the '60s? If so, I'd love to get your input regarding the sound and/or quality of that particular kit.

THANKS in advance for your help!

Gee - WOLVERINE?? Are we sure that is MIJ and not MIM!!!!

Pics of all the hardware (on the kit) would really help in ID, though you may already know (P or S)

Thinner with Re-rings or thicker shells?

John

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!

This is the only hardware pic I've got, John. I don't have any info regarding the shells, unfortunately.

Current owner claims it's a '67 kit.

Those actually are not Battleship lugs.....hard to tell - though likely Pearl.

Ask the (seller?) if it has re-rings....if so, that '67 may be right. Thinner shells w/ rings would be better IMHO.
