WMP Yellowing.

Loading...

I suppose this question has been asked many times before, but is there a sure fire method to brighton up a WMP finish without ruining the wrap.

I don't mind the look of the yellowing, to me it makes a classic drum look classic but on my WFL 1948-1952 bass drum there are some darker spots than others.

Can anybody help me?

cheers,

D_rummer

Click on the search button on the grey tool bar... then click on advanced search when the little search block comes up.. in the advanced search keyword space put in the keywords white marine pearl cleaning...

There is an excellent little section in one of the three threads that you find as a result of that search that talks about clean white marine pearl...

Pay particular attention to the posts by Tommyp .... he has some of the most beautiful vintage WMP drums you're ever going to see and in those threads he gives the low down on the sweet but fickle mistress that WMP can be.

Not a Guru... just interested..
