Wilson And Bro's Drum

I have a 12x26 Wilson and bros bass drum. its been painted a few times over the original finish. i belev it was natural to begin with (who really knows) but it seems to be a 2 ply shell with re-rings. single tension design.

Who can give me info on this drum? Thanks.
