Don't forget the classics "Singerland," "Gretch" and "Remco" which are also very common. In fairness, at least Remco is almost understandable as it was a stencil name that appeared on some drums. I often get a laugh out of some of the permutations and butcherings that pop up on the 'Bay and CL.
Jeff
That just shows the state of our education system here....our own people who have to take english for 12 years can't spell still....DOH
take english for 12 years can't spell still.
"S...T...I...L...L"
That particular word is precisely and very accurately spelled here in Arkansas...for one reason or another.
Love when they spell wrong, yet show a picture of a badge or logo with the correct spelling. That's just plaln lazy.
It has help with buying some stuff on lower bid though since lots of people don't search on misspellings.
And don't even get me started on cymbals...
You can often times find excellent deals from these people. If they don't know how the name is spelled/pronounced odds are they know nothing about the drum.
My favorit is the many ways they butcher Zildjian
Zildjien, Zilden, Zilgen, Zyldjan, Sildjen, the list is endless...
And how about CYMBALS?
Rocketman, that was brilliant. Kudos.
