I would guess the maker is Tromsa from Germany
Based on the many similarities to my own "Roxy" drum kit
Which thanks to ole' Calfskin, I know to also be made by Tromsa

It's East German 'Trowa' from Weißenfels, about 1961's, full original (as one of my kinds) --even snare stand. It has 3-ply beech shells with r-r, cams operated parallel action snare.
It seems to me that one VDF guy had grab the same not so long ago --- maybe Walstib, not?
And I think that I'm right ---the german seller wrote that he took this kit from France... :)
