Is the diameter 3/8"/9.5 mm? I imagine it is. Although it won't be curved, you can go to the hardware store and get some 3/8" solid steel rod material and cut it to the length you need. It comes in 3 foot sections, so you'll have enough to do both sides so they match. Just throw a rubber tip on the end and you're good to go. Not "original", but much easier than waiting for one of those curved legs to come along. You could put your curved leg on ebay and make your money back and then some!

I've done the same thing that vyacheslav is talking about. They also have round aluminum stock as well. Seems like my Whitehall bass drum had legs closer to 5/16" diameter though.
