Speaking of Keystone Acros... Today is your "lucky" day http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-1965-LUDWIG-ACROLITE-SNARE-DRUM-KEYSTONE-BADGE_W0QQitemZ310031845416QQihZ021QQcategoryZ64434QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemSeems like a fair price, no? I have a 70's B/O that I love and paid nearly $100 after shipping, with a case and stand.

This is a good price for a keystone..........I already own a B/O, otherwise this one would be mine...........

And the Supra and Acro are my two favorite go - to snares........

I have never owned a metal shelled Ludwig snare and I am intigued by all the posts about them. Which one is the "ONE" ? Acrolite, super-sensitive or supraphonic. Looking forward to the info. Thanks, Lucky

Acro and Supra are the same drum...Acro has 8 Lugs...Supra 10..and, of course, the Acro is not Plated. I don't know that much about the Super Sensitive...

Why not get one of each!

Well I am thinking a Rogers next. I am going to have to quit my job so I can find the time to play all these snares.
