I've called many hardware stores in my area and noone has any novus plastic polish! Lots of people say that's the ticket for shining up an old wrap where do i find it? Is novus the only brand that works great? I want to tear my drum set apart and clean it up but i can't ahhh!

eBay has it, as does many other online stores. Also, if you have a S & W Plastics store in Seattle area they always have it.
Its better to have people think you're an idiot, than to open your mouth and prove them wrong, unless you doubt yourself then speak away....

I just got some factory direct. I searched Novus Polish to find the website. They shipped it right away. I got it in 2 days.

You`ll find that #2 should work great for you...Then follow-up with #1 for a mirror like shine...Use #3 only if the wrap is heavily scratched...If you haven`t used this stuff before, you`re in for a treat...It is a great product...

Thanks for the advice guys! Just need a little more help.
- How much do you think I will need? I was just going to get the 2 oz. bottles.
- Any other advice on applying the polish? I was just going to lightly scrub in number 2 then follow up with 1. I don't think my drums need number 3 but maybe they do?

I personally used 3 on mine. It cuts a little more into it and really removes any old buildup over the years. Thats just my thoughts on it. I did my tom drum and barely used any of 1 and 2. I will need to get another bottle of #3 as mine are pretty scratched up. It isn't going to hurt you to touch up on #3.
If I could do it again I would order the 8oz bottles. Its a little more and you get enough to do your kit for sure.

Depends on how many drums you want to polish!! The 2 oz bottles do go a long way...The instructions on how to apply the polish comes with the product...I find that using soft lint free towels work best when applying...Always use different parts of the towel when applying because you don`t want to further scratch the wrap from entrapped particles in the towel...I use blue shop towels (comes in a roll like kitchen paper towels but softer) and I cut them up into smaller squares so it is easier to change out the towels during polishing...However, you will develop your own technique...
#3 is used for heavy scratching...Start with #2, if you are not happy with the results, try #3...Always end with #1 for that mirror-like, anti static finish...
