Hi from Nanaimo BC Canada.

I was in a drum shop today not to buy, but to look around - ya right - and a nice old, 14-16" deep?, Carlton marching snare caught my eye. It was $275, great looking condition, old looking though (gut snares and ancient looking batter head, but in very good shape). I had them put it away for me, I'll pick it up the next time I'm in the store. I'm wondering if anyone here knows where I can look at some old Carlton marching snare catalogs on the "net"? So far I've not been able to come up with much and the drums that I see are definately of later vintage than mine. I should have gotten more information on the drum today but I was pressed for time and had to escape the candy store before more $$$$ flew out of my pocket...strange how that happens in those percussion stores.
