Yes, lug alignment looks awful. Maybe the guy who drilled those holes got a buzz at lunch time.
What gets me is the guy is claiming that it's a Radio King when the badge clearly says Leedy. Also this: "This is essentially a Slingerland Radio King snare. It's from the same factory, with the same 1 ply shell."
I noticed the lug mis-alignment too, wonder what's up with that.
Here is a copy of the listing and a couple pics for future reference...
Slingerland Leedy 1 ply snare drum. Mid 50's. 5.5x14. White marine Pearl. Nickel over brass lugs and hoops. 3 point strainer. Missing original tone control. 2 extra holes where original butt plate was replaced. Overall excellent condition. Sounds great!
This is essentially a Slingerland Radio King snare. It's from the same factory, with the same 1 ply shell. It even has a Radio King top hoop. $325
