This showed up on Detroit CL, across the river in Canada. Looks luke some value here w all the extras. I always thought the term super classic was from 70's era?? thx jim

No, that's pretty much a Super Classic kit. The first Super Classic appeared around 59.

Ludwig had a Super Classic kit; 14x22, 9x13, 16x16, and a Super Classic Snare drum. The shells 60's and 70's shells that most of us are familiar with are from the Classic line. This CL kit looks like a Super Classic +1 (second floor tom). A nice looking kit!
