its a 13 inch 6 lug snare with calf skin heads. also should I recrome its hardware or just clean?

Kents weren't around in 1930...your drum sounds like a student model from the '50s or '60s and is only worth a few dollars for re-sale...it would cost way more than it is worth to re-plate.
