Looks like late nineties to me. Can't cross reference right now, but I think this is a 90's era drum.

It’s from the mid-to-late 2000s, around the time they were offering the Absolute Nouveau drums. They also made brass and copper snares with this badge, but those used Nouveau lugs. The steel and aluminum snares, for whatever reason, used regular lugs. I had a 6.5 copper snare with this badge that I bought new in 2007.
