What type of throwoff for Leedy New Era

I just picked up a Leedy New Era snare shell with lugs, but no other hardware. Anyone know what type of throwoff was on them. Also, were the original hoops made of a lightweight material? The hoops that came with it I don't think are original, but they are very light in weight.
