what to sell

Loading...

I'm in the process of putting together a new Tempus carbon fibre kit. In order to do this I have to sell a kit. Should it be;

A; Rogers script 20, 12, 16. 20 and 12 are Dayton towers and the 16 is Fullerton. Black rewrap

B; Sonor rosewood teardrops. 20,13,16. 1970

c; Camco Oaklawn 18,12,14. Rewrapped in green sparkle.

The Rogers and the Camcos are players kits, while the Sonors are more of a collectors kit.

I don't want to sell any of them, but too many drums. Not enough dough.

I'd go with B or C.

Think of a family member you don't like. Sell them instead. Keep your drums. You'll also save money not having to buy gifts for the missing family member.:D

As for the Camcos; You all know how rare these are in these sizes. I know how wonderful they sound. They are not going to be cheap. Think just under 2 large. Am going to gig them tomorrow. Try to take and post pics.

I don't know if there worth that much. I'm sure they sound great but the fact that they were re-wrapped drops it a little.:2Cents:

These are the ones I would least like to sell. Considering what you would pay for Gretsch in these sizes, I don't think I am too out of line. Except for the wrap, everything is original. The Rogers are way more affordable.

Well you really aren't gonna get much for any of them. If I were you I would keep all three and forget getting the new kit. Just a thought.
