What the heck drum is this?

I have no idea what I have here - it says 'Genuine Calf, Radio King, Orchestra Drum' on the head and appears to be unused, but no other markings. It's 15" in diameter painted wood and 25 1/2" tall. Can anyone tell me what this is before I throw it away? THANKS!

30's Radio King - 26, 13, 13, 16

There may be some interest on ebay yes...I remember a few years ago, Premier it may have been, introduced a new cocktail drum..I think the idea was you could play top and bottom...these new ones had cymbals arms on the sides too.

The lugs on the (I'm assuming) top hoop that's on the floor in your picture look like Zephyr lugs painted blue. (Which would make it WFL, right? I think they're the only company that used those...)
