What should I pay for unrestored George Stone snare drum Last viewed: 4 days ago

Loading...

Hey guys

I am going down to pick up a couple drums this morning. One I am pretty sure is a George P Stone snare drum. The badge is missing but that's what it looks like. It's been painted at some point, the pictures I have seen of drums in original condition were not painted.

What do you think would be a fair price for me and for my friend?

He also has what I think is an aluminum Supraphonic. Mostly all I remember is that the chrome was flaking really badly, so I am assuming it's aluminum, or alumaloy. I think all the pieces are there.

So I'm looking for advice on what to pay for these.

Thanks and have a great day.

I think that is fair. The shell is pretty clean. I didn't get to see it today because he was in a hurry. He did have the supra with him so I got that.

I remember when he got it last year for $2.00. He made a $78 profit on it.

I think one of the charter boats used it for salmon lure.
