What might these be worth?

Chicago-badge super-rare and irreproducible wrap finish and an RK snare to boot.

Oh, maaaaaan.....that kit is so SPECIAL....it hurts just to think you are gonna sell it.

But..I think the $2000 range is too low (the snare is worth $600 by itself). I agree the $6000 range is too high...maybe in January 2008 you could have found someone to bid it on eFlay, but no mo'.....

But realistically...we are talking $3800-5000....

If you HAVE to part with it...get absolutely every penny you can....

I'm sorry..I'm sure they are worth that, but who would pay that much for a drum set. I mean if I was rich I wouldn't spend that much! I mean do they really sound that much better than a $2,000 set.(And that is still pretty high).

WELL.... If I had the jack laying around I would pick up that set in a heart-beat. That's just a special set of drums that would be well worth collecting.

That's a great one!! Match that up in a music room with a baby grand and a brass section... think how great that finish would look!!

Awesome!

Not a Guru... just interested..

jay,

Thanks for the note on the set.

But I'm a bit stunned at what you say they are worth.

They are in good shape with the exception of no matching bass

inlays and a messy seem under the bass which can't really be seen.

If I do sell, I need to do so like next week so I can't wait for the

'perfect' buyer if you know what I mean. So I guess I'm asking what would move them fast? I don't want to cut my own throat but would probably be happy to get in the low 2,s ??

Thanks again

, Bill

Low 2 hundreds. Talk to MCJNC he gave you an offer close to that.JK. I'm sure you will sell that set for that amount. Good luck!
