What makes this so expensive?
curtis, it's in our For Sale section now!! and the reason for the price is that is what he's asking for it. http://www.vintagedrumforum.com/showthread.php?t=23253
I went right from CL to this section of the forum to ask about this set. I would not have questioned anybody's price publicly on here had I known the set was listed here. My apologies to the seller.
I understand (and agree) it is the right of an owner to ask whatever they want for property that is "your property!"
I was just trying to understand a little better about fair market value and understand if there was something that made this kit have such a high value to it. Compared to other sets I have seen sell.
I am still just trying to learn. No harmful intentions intended here! That is a BEAUTIFUL kit! My dream kit actually! Sky blue pearl! Doesn't get much classier than that!
Cheers!
Curtis
Because he has no intentions of actually selling it, he's looking for praise, or a sucker.
Is it just a birth defect, or did you not read my post to you?????Lame. Your asking $500.00 for a firewood kit??Lame
That's right, I'm free to ask whatever I want, remember? Ridicule me if you will, but this "firewood" kit sounds as good as a lot of vintage American kits I've played. Besides, I'm asking $500 shipped, which means I might pocket $400, hell, this kit is better than most of the Chinese made kits that our on the market today and people are paying over 5 bills for them.
Now go ahead and buy this guys kit for $3,000 if you think that's a fair price.
I was merely answering the guys question who started this thread, he asked, I gave my opinion.
My god you two sound like children take it outside
