a friend has asked me what make this is?? thought possible Meazzi...???
please be quick as he has to let seller know in 1 hour..many thanks
They are Japanese from the 70's, almost for sure. Seeing the interior of the shells would clinch that. The wrap is a bit unusual for those but due to most of those drums being brokered ,with dozens of names on the same drums , the wrap selections were probably chosen by the marketer, not the maker. It seems that some unique wraps show up in certain markets on universally available drums.

....saw the case. really nice , Dave. Those trixon cases are not so common!
as far as the kit. that translates to close to 500.00 CDN. ...it's a nice wrap and the drums look to be in pretty good shape but I would think that you could do better for that coin in the U.K. ,couldn't you....3 pieces ,Not great Japanese drums....100 sterling for each???

yeah mmm was thinking more like 200-£250 maximum ...even though it is a fab looking wrap...many thanks ...
will pass it on...
I may be wrong but it looks like maybe a Hoshino kit. I restored one for a young fella to learn on and I have to say that the quality was poor. I like MIJ drums but the Hoshino drums were very poor. Nice wrap, but...
In England you can get really nice old Premier kits and Hayman kits etc for that sort of money which makes this kit expensive IMO
