i bought a gretsch round badge kit a few years ago and it came with this no-name drum. it's 13x9 like the actual RB tom, but has no badge or mark anywhere on it.

any ideas?

Yes, Your lugs wont sit flat and when you tighten the top fastener, you`ll get ripples in the wrap at the top of the lugs !!
