I understand it is made by Bill Flynn at the Brady facilities between 1992-7. It looks like it is well made other than the scratch that the seller noted.
Would appreciate to know what this is worth.

Beautiful drum!! Sorry, I do not know it`s value, but, I do know that it is a high-end snare!! The seller is taking offers which is a good thing...
Here is a snare that sold on ebay...It`s not the same as the one you are interested in, but, it shows what these can sell for...
