There is unknown cymbal sized near 15.1/2" without any stamping mark, only painted traditional turkish crescent with add small horns... glower... :)
Are anyone have seen such logo before?

I think we say no to that question.There have been literally hundreds of little cymbal manufacturers that have existed over time, both known and unknown. I'll ad your photo to the archive of many others that I've collected over the years.
