What is the name of TAMA's 80's pedal

From ed427vette

The pedal with the big shock absorber is called the King Beat, same name as the snare. In mint shape you would be lucky to get $25 for it. Same with the Titan hihat stand, maybe you will get a little more, possibly $35. I have 3 of the Titan HH stand and I would be thrilled if someone gave me $30 for one.The equipment is great but its heavy and very plentiful. You'll see them on ebay and they are not big money sellers, especially the pedal. Its just too big. You'll see people ASK for more, but they rarely get it.Good luck.

Hey I remember this pedal. It came with my new Imperialstar kit back in 1984. If you tightened the tension spring to the max,Superman could'nt even play this pedal.

SELL YOUR MAPEX..NOW !! LoLoLoLoLoLoLoLo.. But seriously, i would NOT sell those drums.. Imperialstars were some of the finest drums Tama ever made, and i'd say they'd give the their current flagship drums (Star Maple) a run for their money..Even vintage Tama intermediate and beginner kits , are a lot more superior to their counterparts of today. Yes , the hardware may be a little beefier and solid, but the quality of the drum shells are a lot better constructed. I'd keep them.. I'm sure they'll make a comeback at some point and appreciate a lot more in the future.
