What Hi-Hat clutch and felts/rubber are these?

Hey Guys,

Wondering if anyone can tell me what the hi-hat clutch and "felts" are on the hi-hat used in this video?

Looks like a rubber suction cup to me for the top "felt".

Oh yeah, and the hats and drums sound killer!

I think the top cymbal just has an unlathed bell.
