A friend from London bought these drums back in the 80s at Henrit´s drum shop and was told that they were Japanese but no Tama ´s.
As there´s no badge we would need help to identify those.
They are really thin , like compressed paper made and concert toms.
Mabye you might have an idea.

Pearl or anything out of there i.e. Westbury etc...
Gotta check out Westbury. If Pearl, what could be the line? They sound a bit like the fibreglass concert kit although they seem to be made of kinda chipboard....
Look like old pearl lugs
Just checked the old Pearl Dyna Family came as Fibreglass or Wood finish. Maybe one of these.....

I've seen CB 700 concert Toms with that finish inside but they had the wristwatch lugs.
I would suspect Taiwanese.
The badges were just attached with adhesive, or nails.
Can’t tell cause they were already gone when he bought em.
