Well spotted grantro. I think that says "Red Sound". One of the many Italian UFIP brands.
The wiki entry
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UFIP
says Red Sound is a discontinued UFIP series, but gives no reference. I presume the info comes from Pinksterboer's The Cymbal Book on page 166. Pinksterboer says Red Sound was a low budget series which were around prior to the Kashians, and the Kashians were a B8 line from the 1980s. So I guess that would mean the Red Sound series is 1970s, although Pinksterboer isn't explicit about what material the Red Sound series is made from.

I used to have a Kashian just under 20" and very light, about 1914g. I could have sworn it was B20 just by how it sounded, but it had a very dark, brassy patina to it. For such a light ride cymbal I was expecting it to sound dark and trashy, but it was very bright and "pingy" Cool cymbal all the same.
Thank you guys for the help. Really appreciated. :)
