Well - I am slightly going to disagree here -
It is hard to tell from the pics - but my guess would either be Pearl or Hoshino - hardware looks to be more heavy duty - and note how many lugs there are:
BD - 10
both toms and FT - 8
This is not very common in MIJ. Though I prefer the thinner shells - those look to be the thicker which may (Pearl or Star) be an indication that they are post 67/68. Make sure there are no cracks in the wrap.
And think about this - yes, certainly some considerable gas money - but it is 5 hours one way (not 10) and that is not horrible if it is worth it. Use the most fuel efficient vehicle (those can fit in a Yugo - little 20 inch kick).
Then, try to find something else you can do in the city they are located in - in order to justify the drive. This includes good flip deals you may be able to find there - which can earn you the cost of the gas.
Of course - inquire about shipping - even if you need to include an incentive - unless the cost of gas would be less??
The rims are not a big deal to acquire. Again - make sure the wrap has no cracks - as that wrap is going to be impossible to replace/duplicate.
Of course there is always the option of finding another forum member who would be willing to pick them up for you and ship them if the seller is unwilling to ship. Seems the distance would be short which may make the shipping cost less than more.
Keep us informed -
