It is hard to say without some close-up pics. But what I will start with is the suggestion that they could be MIJ all the way. No badge?

The fatter and thicker lugs (which happen to be Slinger-style) suggest a couple names of MIJ: Rodeo and Olympian.

Rodeo bass drum Slinger-type lugs are taller than it's counterparts (even stencil counterparts)

Olympian had thicker lugs that at times resembled Rogers.

They look to be late 60s Pearls or a stencil atleast. I have a set with the same lugs and the floor tom leg mounts look the same too although i cant see them properly. The tom holder obviously isnt original although the mount attached to the bass drum might be. Mine has one that looks very similar. Nice color

My Guess: From what I can make out... looks like toms, (at least) could be spray painted gold, possibly to match orphan bass drum. Toms look like Star from lugs. Bass drum, hard to say - not Star Ts, possibly Pearl, though lugs don't appear to be quite either one...? I'd approach with caution.

HMM the Tomslugs looks like STAR, like Daddynowhere said, the lugs on the Bassdrum a wee bit like Luxor, but the T-Rods doesn´t match:-O

I left a message about this kit and the guy called me back and said which kit? Apparently has a few on CL. I described which one and he couldn't tell me much about it. No badges and so forth. Decided to pass. When I looked at the ad again he had added 4 other sets.
