I like how he says it weighs almost 8 Lbs,so bear that in mind for overseas shipping......

If you can afford 10,000 Quid ($16,000 U.S.) for a cymbal.....I imagine you can afford the shipping!

He's definitely smokin' - he's got two auctions running on the same cymbal... Bit of a price difference! Even this one is overpriced. Doh. Made me smile anyhow.

In all seriousness, I'm seeing vintage A's as hot bargains at the moment. I recently acquired a set of 50's 15" hats, 20" thin ride and 18" crash ride for a grand total of 120 quid / 180 dollars. They've blown my Istanbul's away...

I'm hoping he meant to list it at £100, not £10,000. Nothing else makes sense. I am amused that he thinks it would be usable for jazz since even if it were 1000 grams lighter it would be on the heavy side for that style of playing. My heaviest 22" jazz ride is 2450g. AZ didn't start putting serial numbers on the cymbals until only the last 20 years roughly,so that does make sense.........

They started silk screen logos in the late 70's,but of course,you could always clean that right off if you wished...
