Hello all-I was reviewing the resources on board here regarding WFL badges-they reference several badges, but I have a snare shell that I just cannot place. The Keystone WFL badge states "WM F> Ludwig. Founder", wheras most padges show him as President. Any input? Thanks in advance.

That is not unusual. I have been collecting WFL drums for about 15 years and I have seen at least 10 varying WFL badges from the past. I have a pic of them all somewhere so I will submit that for the website.(am at work now and can't get to my pics). I have a brass version badge like yours and one like yours as well as about nine different ones.
That strainer looks like a slingerland. It looks like your drum may have been a twin strainer Ray Bauduc model at some point. Someone changed the strainer out.DOH I would guess that drum to be around 1940 or so.
