ok guys, i've been looking at buying a ludwig kick pedal and have decided to give a speed king a try. so was wondering if anybody had an extra for around 60$ (or less) that is in good working order? would be greatly appreciated. don't want to go to ebay if all possible, would rether buy from one of my fellow VDF buddies. thanks in advance.
wanting to buy a speed king

robyn - I have one for you! Bfulton did one of his refurbs on a 60's Speed King for me. It's a $125.00 pedal and it turned out better than new. It's my back-up pedal, but because it's you, you can have it if you want it. Pay me whatever you can afford. I won't set a price on it. I don't have an extra beater for it, so you'll have to grab one off your old pedal. This Speed King is cherry. Good to go for 100,000 miles!
Here is an example of what you'll be getting: - I don't want you to end up with somebody else's gunky, rusty, squeaky SK. This one is like new, out of the box. 60's pedal!

You're a cool person to know. No reason for anybody to treat you otherwise than 'nice.'
