Hello

I recently purchased a 1941 26" ludwig bass drum.

The drum came with one calf skin head and one modern fiber head.

I am wanting to put new calfskin heads on both sides

but only have the wooden flesh hoop for the calf skin side.

Does anyone have a 26" flesh hoop, know where to find one,

or even have ideas about how to make one?
