On top of the wrap looking nothing like a sparkle, the wrap had multiple hairs and wood shavings embedded beneath the top layer.After explaining my issues, he basically told me he didn't care what I thought about the quality, and wouldn't refund me. After a bunch of back and forth, we agreed to do a straight exchange for a black diamond pearl wrap.When I received that one, It had looked like he photocopied a Delmar BDP and printed it on his wrap. You could even see the pixels. So I messaged him back again, and he essentially told me to f*** myself.So I was out $150CAD, ended up ordering from Precision for barely more than Wal charged me, and the quality is incredible.
