The wrap is cool as hell.

Yeah- I think he's a bit on the high side, for certain. G'd knows how long those reso heads have been gone and what the edges look like.

Looks like a crappy phone pic :( Wish he had taken better pics.

Eight lug bass, grey interiors, nice wrap.No bottom rims, tension rods or front hoop.$150 is all the money, but for in my opinion the best older MIJ's made. Not prone to warpage or delamination.

It's faded Red Marine Pearl. Nothing more than a late 60s Star kit in 9 ply shells, all lauan, and missing parts. 75-100 in this condition. I would have to see better pix, but there is no such wrap as "copper red marble"...it's a marine pearl.

Not that these other cats are chopped liver BY ANY MEANS, but it was your reply that I knew would be the voice of reason. You kinda know these things like your own naked body, right?

I have a funny feeling he won't go that low until those drums have been on the market for a while...

I ain't buying, just asking what y'alls thought.

I'm going to respectfully disagree with the "faded red marine pearl".It looks more like a red/brown/purple version of what I'd call Abalone-made up of stripes, squares and rectangles rather than the scoops and swirls found in marine pearl.A grey/black/silver version of this pattern was recently posted.Alot of depth and 3-dimensionality to this wrap.

Grantro posted a set like the one's I'm talking about in the drum set gallery under"60's Stewart"
