Vistalite bass drum hoop question

Does anyone know if Ludwig made chrome bass drum hoops for vistalite sets? If so, what years were they manufactured? I am looking into purchasing a 70's Vistalite kit and it appears that the bass drum hoops are chrome rather than wood. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I attached the sellers photo of the kit. Thank you.

Also, can anyone tell if the far floor tom is a concert tom? I'm having a hard time telling. The seller cant answer any of these questions at the moment because she is selling the kit for someone else.

Don't think Ludwig ever used chrome bass drum hoops. I'd never buy a vistalite or other plexi set from someone without seeing them in person first, unless the seller is real knowledgeable and experienced with them.

Thanks for the feedback, Rich. Did you happen to look at the photo? What do the bass drum hoops look like to you? They appear to be some kind of metal.
